Olde Oak RV Park & Campground:
Your Home on the Road

We are an independent family-owned business that has specialized in creating homes away from home for hard-working people. We started with apartment suites in Parkersburg to serve visiting executives. We’ve been at it for 35 years.


We entered the RV park business in 2008 when we bought Blennerhassett RV Park in Belpre, Ohio. As the 77-lot park got up and running, it became the temporary home base for many Marcellus Shale pipeline workers.


Another 52 RV lots came under our umbrella in 2018 when we added Lock 24 RV Park in Racine, Ohio. Eric Pinson, a seasoned traveler who spent several years on the road and in RVs, was put in place as its manager. He has run Lock 24 for 6 years. He now runs both parks. Only 14 miles separate the parks.

About

Located in West Columbia, WV, Olde Oak RV Park & Campground is open year-round for short and long-term stays. In addition to full RV hookups for water, sewer, and electricity, amenities include riverside lots, spacious lots, pull-through sites, an onsite playground, and a walking trail. We are pet-friendly.

Year Established

Several decades ago, a bunch of folks got together and built this riverside getaway. It’s grown and changed hands several times. Under present ownership since 2024.
