Water & Sewer Connections
Fresh water is sourced through the municipal (West Columbia) water system. Winter-proof water supply hook-ups are available for year-round camping. Upgrades are underway to winterize additional sections and improve water pressure consistency throughout the park.
Sewer hookups are connected to 3” PVC systems, offering a more convenient, clean, and dependable means for home-flushed waste disposal.
Electric
Hookups
Each site offers electric hookups with options for 50, 30, or 20-amp service. Since the spring of ’24, our team has been systematically verifying the reliability of service at each service pole. The intent is to minimize surges and service disruptions. To ensure service consistency for larger, more modern units, most sites have new 50 amp heads. Additional 20 amp and 110 outlets help support water delivery during winter months.
Pull-Through Sites & Ease of Parking
Pull-through sites allow hassle-free RV parking. Angled parking opens space for additional car parking for RV users and their guests.
Spacious Lots for Privacy or Connecting
Large RV lots with 35-degree angle parking offer flexible RV parking configurations. The conventional (back-to-back) parking provides unit privacy without feeling cramped by your neighbor. The 'Family/Friend' (awning-to-awning) configuration allows for large shared open areas, perfect for parties that want to maximize their together time.
Playground for the Little Ones
Built-in 2020, kids can expend energy on swings, slides, and climbing apparatus.
Pet-Friendly
Furry friends are welcome. There is plenty of space to explore, play and relax together.
